That life was serious
one begins to understand it later
like all young people I came
to take life head on.

I wanted to leave a mark
and leave amidst applause
aging, dying, were just
the dimensions of the theater.

But time has passed
and the unpleasant truth emerges:
aging, dying,
is the only argument of the play.
