Until the end of my songs

I want you to cry
The misery of this world
I want to hunt the hypocrites
Through your own minefield

I want the glimmer of hope
No matter how small
I want what is unattainable
Reach when I sing

I want the big melody
That goes beyond all borders
From the new dawn
And confidence arises

I want you to hear me singing
And that it touches you
I want you to come to your senses
And unreason seduces

I want to be everything but never good and plain
Until the end of my songs

And because it doesn't work, I try again and again
