Que Mal
Giovanni Vazquez
What a Shame
What a shame
I get jealous of the same Moon
Because if it can see you, I’d want to ask it how you are, if you’re okay
After seeing each other like this, all needing love in solitude
I’ve got nothing left
You’ll know that thousands can write you that letter
But none of them are real, what a shame
But if you leave, what then?
Can you give me some time, so I can see
That no matter how much I beg God, I can’t see you
That no matter how much I beg God, I can’t love you
Maybe, if I start thinking about those good romantic things
That we once lived through, time slipped away from us
Maybe my heart will find that peace it’s been searching for
And it’s not that at night it makes me remember that
That for a while now, you’ve been losing interest, and you can’t deny that
What a shame
But if you leave, what then?
Can you give me some time, so I can see
That no matter how much I beg God, I can’t see you
That no matter how much I beg God, I can’t love you
