Mi Flor de Capacho
Cesar Orellana
My Capacho Flower
Lying on my hammock
Under this big tree
Thinking of my brown girl
My beautiful Capacho flower
I get good memories
And I brush off the bad
I don’t want to think poorly of her
Some jerk said she’s trash
She looks like a little donkey
In the shade of the bushes
She’s the one who shakes my ground
Makes my heart race
I think of her all the time
I don’t forget even when I’m drunk
She’s the one who makes me fall in love
Since I was just a kid
Now that’s a real woman
I swear and I’m not backing down
Better than the food
They serve around the corner
She does whatever she wants
Has everything at her command
Her waist like a wasp
And those wide hips
Almost everyone says
That I’m a clown
So pretty that brown girl
And I look like a cockroach
But no matter who gets hurt
I’m the one who turns up the radio
And it’s no secret to anyone
That she’s my girl and I’m her man
