Bad Decisions

For all the Mexicans fighting their own battles
But still don’t back down because they’re responsible for their family’s care

Sure, I’ve failed a thousand times
And my family was out of luck
The choices I’ve made
Left me with bad outcomes
I had to keep pushing forward
My wife wasn’t making ends meet, damn
That’s when I had to hustle hard
So I wouldn’t end up like back in the day
Sometimes I cry, and I can’t help it even if I try
But if I fall, I get back up right away

Come, take a look because times are tough now
Decisions can lead to big changes
I keep dreaming and if I fail, I take it step by step
May life change us forever
And I know I can’t walk this path anymore
I’m gonna make some cash to take care of my own
What an experience it left me
Life’s gonna change us, soon nothing will be the same
If failing is normal, winning can be too
I hope things go well, I want them to be alright
So they don’t have to worry if there’s enough to eat

Don’t back down, my people
In the darkest point, you get the ticket to the top
From mistakes, you reach the right choices, just like that
