Nothing stays fixed and that's the truth
If you look at nature, as you contemplate, you will learn
That every change is natural and will bring new things
To discover everything, you need to go beyond where you are
And on this long path towards the immensity of being
You can't settle for always staying
Where you are, or how you are. Now listen to me
I tell you that there is something to learn from everything
So I will enjoy
Every change that happens in my being
Seeking to go beyond, I will flow calmly because
Nothing exists without changing
Everything changes and it's normal
Don't cling to staying the same (no) you won't be able to
Every change does me good
I feel a new air in my being
What I want, what I feel, there's nothing to fear.
Everything changes and nothing remains
It allows for renewal
And self-discovery, connecting with what you want
To escape and liberate
I am mutable like the sky that never looks the same
Like the sun that warms one day and not the next, yet remains the same
Just like Mother Earth changes with the seasons
I accept her as she is
So I accept you too
However you want to see yourself and be.
