The Word of God has arrived!
New light shone for the people
When the Holy Bible opened
Every poor person saw a new world!

Those who were scattered came together
Those who lived as blind could see
Everywhere communities have emerged
And on the path of truth
Many have already entered

Those who were exploited protested
Those who were silent out of fear have shouted
Everywhere the small ones are coming together
Freedom is emerging
And every old person has been renewed

The seed of the Word has spread
Fell in the field-heart-of-a-farmer
In the slum the seed sprouted
And in the harvest
There will be a celebration, my Lord!
