A Bonequinha

I have a little doll like that
She came from Paris to me
She has a beautiful hat
And also a veiled love

I put her on her feet and she doesn't fall
She says mommy, daddy (mommy, daddy)
But one day without reason
Slipped and fell on the floor

Broke her little face
And also the little toe
I took her to the doctor
Who knew how to heal without pain

The little doll cried, cried
And I also cried, I cried
Only after she healed
I played, I played, I played
