Sete Trombetas

A mix of blood and fire
A third of this world will burn
I want to be far away, I want to be in heaven
When the angel blows the first trumpet
A great meteor will fall into the sea
And the second time the trumpet sounds
Taking a third of the destruction
I don’t want to be here for that occasion

The third time the trumpet sounds
A great star will fall from the sky
Destroying the sources of the waters
Many poisoned men will die
The fourth time the Sun will lose its light
The Moon won’t have that seductive shine
The day will be night, the night will be day
I want to be in glory
With Jesus!

I want to be beyond it all
I don’t belong to this world
I’ll keep my faith so I don’t lose my crown
I want to walk in holiness to see the face of my bridegroom
And worship in excellence
The Almighty

And when the trumpet sounds for the fifth time
The gates of hell will then open
Evil will be unleashed to torment
Those who were not faithful to Jehovah
Men will want to surrender to death
And surely it will flee from them
Desperately they will cry: Forgive us!
For five months they will remain like this
And when the trumpet sounds for the sixth time
Thousands of hell’s angels will come
They are the horsemen of destruction
Killing a third of the population

And when the last angel blows the last trumpet
There will be great voices in heaven saying
The kingdoms of the world have become our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ’s
And He will reign forever
And the twenty-four elders sitting on their thrones
Will fall on their faces and worship Him in spirit and truth!

I don’t want to be here when the trumpets sound
I don’t want to be here, I want to be with Jehovah
I will prepare myself, I will prepare myself
