Sin has wounded me
I went to Jesus, showed Him my pain
Lost and wandering, I saw His light
He blessed me with His love

I first saw the light
And the stains of my soul I washed away
It was there, by faith, I saw Jesus

On a cross, my good Lord
His blood was shed
For this poor sinner

He conquered death with power
And was exalted to heaven

He sent the Comforter
