Only God knows what I feel,

What many don’t understand,
Only my God can know.

Only God knows and sees all my life;
He knows what I feel deep inside;
His eyes like flames, light up my days
My problems, God simply knows it all.

Only God knows my struggle,
How heavy my cross is;
He hears my laments,
And leads me to victory.
Only God knows what I hope for
In His great and eternal love;
For all I want the most,
Is to serve my Lord.
