Dos Soledades
Julieta Venegas
Two Solitudes
To love sometimes hurts even though he loves you
A cloudy day when he's not here and maybe
His absence marks the day of nostalgia I paint it
Life dressed in wonders with his voice
His existence already changed your life
You forget that you were once sad
You sighed for someone else
An emptiness ended when we met
And a door opened when we got closer
Two solitudes or none
Misfortunes happen for a reason you can count
They teach you to live and appreciate others
They tell you 'see' you're still alive and even this pain will be forgotten
You know that by his side it could be much better
You start another life even though nothing is forgotten
Together they weave joys around him
An emptiness ended when we met
And a door opened when we got closer
Two solitudes or none
And we fill the world with happiness
And we fill the world with happiness
An emptiness ended when we met
And a door opened when we got closer
Two solitudes or none
And we fill the world with happiness
