It was the first time my heart turned its back on me
I could show up with someone who never added up in my life
I forgave their outbursts and cushioned their sweet claws
As if by taking away the iron, the bad became better
They demanded my intentions like an airplane ticket
When I turned around, they made a copy of my keys
They moved my things around, supposedly organized
Too many conclusions for not such a miserable situation
