E' cose 'e niente
Tony Colombo
It's Nothing
They never want to
I need to say if you’re going crazy
You write what follows the word and wrinkle
I ask for this letter
You respond to this letter
Every day is like this
You write all the daily things that are nothing
You wake me up, I give you a hard time
It seems like nothing ever happened
But nothing's been going on for a year and a half now
How I miss you
I spend every night in chaos
I hug whoever I find comforting
Because far away, I don’t know how to be
That wash from last week still hurts, you know
And it might be that time never provides
But it can provide and return to the dry fridge
That doesn’t accompany me
Only you can understand how I’m feeling bad
But you’re always absent
And don’t judge me like the others
It can even kill you
If the hearts are closed off in two rooms
That proud woman
Makes me feel invincible
Everything is for me
You write all the daily things that are nothing
You wake me up, I give you a hard time
It seems like nothing ever happened
But nothing's been going on for a year and a half now
How I miss you
I spend every night in sleeplessness
I hug whoever I find comforting
Because far away, I don’t know how to be
That wash from last week still hurts, you know
And it might be that time never provides
But it brings back the suffering calm.
