How long have we been trying
To separate what God wants together
How long have we been fighting
To keep love well protected

How long have we been arguing
Going against our destiny
How long have we been throwing away
Everything that was built

We gave signs all the time
That don't let you go, make you stay here
And yet we try to deceive ourselves
But God doesn't want us to make mistakes

He doesn't want us to suffer to see
The way you entered my life is to stay
I can't imagine another person here
It's your place to stay close to me

There's no love in the world like this one here
That has a touch from beyond that makes me go on
With people trying everything to hinder
Once again we manage to let it go
This is a sign that God wants
