Galilean Men
They were gathered after Jesus had been buried
They were surprised when the Savior among them appeared
The joy was so great that they even doubted it was Jesus
Who for our sins died crowned, nailed to the cross
He ate a piece of roasted fish and a honeycomb
He blessed His disciples and was received up into heaven
They were perplexed by what was happening, they looked up
Two angels dressed in white appeared, speaking like this
Men of Galilee, why do you look up?
This Jesus that you saw go to heaven
Just as it was, one day it will return
Galilean men, why do you look up to the sky?
This Jesus who was among you
From heaven will return
