Cacica Urquia: This was an indigenous warrior
Chieftain, who promoted indigenous resistance alongside
Her husband, and one of the most famous chieftains
That have existed in Venezuelan history

"Guaicaipuro". In the area now known as
"Los Teques", after her marriage Urquia and
Guaicaipuro had several sons and daughters, among them
"Baruta" who two years later would become a Chieftain

And would fight alongside his father and others. This brave
Woman convinced her husband to accompany him in
Battle. Upon Guaicaipuro's death, she continued the fight alongside
