How I miss my family, I wish I could be with them there
But pushing them forward will always be my dream
You know well, that these hands you hold today are very important
For what? To maintain the luxuries you like to indulge in
My only crime here is to work hard like everyone else

We are immigrants, not criminals

Missing our land and losing so many people
Who die trying to achieve the American dream
My blood is hot because I'm Mexican
Proud Latino of my brown skin
And even if you stop me for that reason
We are getting stronger in unity
