Heading west
Always circling the globe

Three centuries ago on a stone
Nacuma fell asleep
A little while later
The star caught up with him

Without his feathers
Nacuma was left
And for three centuries
Completely blind

Slowly, in a cave
He regained his sight
And now he takes care
Always running from the Sun to the west
