The moment arrives when your suffering
Will be poured out on a cross
Blood, hunger and thirst, loss, harm and fear
Accompany Jesus
Others don't care, Judas betrayed him
Peter denies everything, no one followed
He is alone, coming down the path
Humbled and only my Jesus

But He goes... And faces the Via Crucis suffering for me
Every drop of his crimson Blood
Writes my story of forgiveness

But He goes... and hell trembles with each step he takes
All of heaven stands just to wait
He will now fulfill his mission, sealing death on the cross

Painful way, every verse and prose
Cannot express the humiliation
Way of anguish, heaven and earth struggle
But the Savior conquered the cross
Nothing holds him back, not all bitterness, he bows down to the ground
God in heaven endures, the angels prepare
Everything stands still in Jesus
