Mexicanos Bien Hechos

Raúl Beltrán Raúl Beltrán

Well-Made Mexicans

Mexicans, ready for war
I stand tall for my flag
I’ll die on the line, with or without armor
And I’ll fight as long as I can

But I won’t back down
Standing strong because I’m a soldier
Proudly part of the Mexican army

I trained in military service
And we train both physically and mentally
It’s not just about learning to shoot
It’s discipline, honor, and loyalty

And many sacrifices
The work is tough
Protecting the country and above all, the homeland is our duty

For the people, we do a lot
We take on the dangerous jobs
And not much is said about that

We also have a family
And the bullets leave us wounded
We’re not made of steel
Still, we keep pushing forward

Like well-made Mexicans
Not just anyone can wear the uniform
That’s where you see the man
It’s not for the money or being armed

Since I was a kid, I said I’d be a soldier
And that was my dream
And I’m here with a lot of determination

I’m cheerful even if my face
Looks grumpy or serious
I’m human, with or without the uniform

With a rifle on my shoulder, I’m a character
A hero for the homeland if needed
And I’ve faced death up close

But with respect
I know we’re not eternal
The fallen are carried in the heart and remembered in the mind

It takes a while to get back home
Sometimes sadness hugs me
But I won’t break

My family is my strength
As long as there’s food on the table
I keep moving forward

To go out as a soldier
And I represent a well-made Mexican
