It's wonderful to belong
A people chosen by God
We are a holy nation, we are the chosen one
acquired people

We are salt of the earth, we are light of the world
The Bible says so
We are from another place, from another city
From another country

This is the reason for our joy
This is the reason for our excitement
And if heaven wasn't enough, we still
We are citizens

We were lost, Jesus found us
On the cross he bought us with his pure blood
This is why being a Christian is a reason for joy

And everywhere, where the church is, God is present
Don't ignore us, we are no better
We are different
Against principalities, against powers is our war
We are known for being the people
Happiest on earth
