Thirty silver coins
Was the price of the great betrayal
A dirty kiss from Judas
Delivered Jesus to a crowd
While he suffered
In the hands of cruel men
Where the news spread, the faithful wept

His disciples fled,
Could do nothing
Everything that happened
Had to happen

Jesus died on a cross
To save the sinner
But for our joy
On the third day he rose

He did everything for me
I will always be thankful
To give life to my life
He had to die
With him I rose
I must only worship him
I don't want to be like Judas
I will be faithful in praising his name
