O Senhor é meu Pastor

I walk along the road
That the Lord has traced for me.
Fearless, confident, never faltering.
Lord, make me lie down in green pastures.
Guide me gently
To very calm waters.

The Lord is my good Shepherd
And I shall not want.
Secure I go with Christ
And I shall fear no more.
I never need to cry,
For in Him I can trust.
And hand in hand we will
Walk with Him.

Every minute I feel the hand
Of God in me.
Guiding my plans,
Giving me protection.
Even if I walk
Through dark shadows
I would never fear
Because He is with me.

The Lord is my good Shepherd
And I shall not want.
And forever I shall dwell
In the house of my Lord.
