I was at home
lying on my bed
some guys arrived
to sing 'coco' in Goiana

The caninana
ran through the field excited
I'm not the cause
of you gnawing, crybaby

Where the caninana strikes
every certainty is wrong
the hut of love falls
and anger builds a church

Where jealousy abounds
every friendship ends

From the caninana's bite
