Intro

In a bowl, sift the wheat flour, cornmeal, and baking powder to avoid lumps.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add the yolks, one by one, add the milk, oil, and reserved mixture. Grease a baking pan with margarine and sprinkle wheat flour... huahahaha! Pour the batter and bake in a low oven. After the cake is baked, sprinkle the sweetener mixed with cinnamon.
