Nuestra Confesion

It's been time that gave us
the reason,
what we had wasn't what we thought
and even though deep down our intention was good,
honestly, we got confused.
I knew that sooner or later
it would happen,
we can't hide it
in any way
and even though it's hard for us
we have to admit it
for our own good and future,
let's leave it all behind.

it terrifies me to say goodbye,
I don't deny it.
But also staying,
believe me, I can't.
What I would want more,

is to have with me what made you happiest.
Let's admit it,
there's no passion in those
kisses we exchange
and it's fair of us, the ones
we never talk about.
It hurts to say it after so long
but this crying is our
sad confession.
