From a distant land, the Queen of Sheba
Gathered her guests and said: Let’s hit the road
I want to see the kingdom where perfection reigns
Distance won’t hold me back, I’m off to visit Solomon
They say King Solomon is the king of perfection
And throughout his reign, there’s civilization
And when she arrived, she paid close attention
To the way he acted during mealtime

The Queen of Sheba was already moved
When she saw the grand temple
She was even more amazed, never seen such beauty
So much valuable stuff
So much gold in this house of the Lord
The wealth of this place has already blown my mind
I’m so touched, I don’t regret coming here
It’s alluring and lovely, the beauty never ends
Every corner has an angel in the form of a cherub

Blessed be your kingdom, Solomon
And blessed be the God you hold in your heart
Your wisdom is beyond explanation
But I think it came from the author of creation
And I brought a hundred and twenty talents of gold and spices
From my land without thinking about the cost
Because when I heard about your wisdom
I thought to gift you, I saw you deserved it

Solomon was happy and soon returned the favor
And gave the Queen everything she asked for
Solomon was wise, his hand wasn’t stingy
Gave her double everything he got from the Queen
And she went back to her land with her entourage
Maybe she even cried at the farewell
The Queen left, but maybe she thought
Solomon, now I know, is a servant of the Lord
