Here you have me with the impeccable mask of the night,
makeup my hidden life
Behind my smile, my gestures, behind my songs

Here you have me with the light of a spotlight on my body
Forgetting loneliness and old loves
With your passionate applause, what a privilege!

At dawn with the light of the stars
I will tear off any disguise, any mask
To face life head-on
And enjoy loves that await me
I will disguise reality with beautiful flowers
To live my carnival my way
Gathering friends, harlequins, and clowns

And drown failures in a few drinks
