Tempo de Restauração
Lucely Uchoa
Time of Restoration
Israel was living a huge nightmare
In despair, without any peace
Slaves to defeat, humiliated
Hearts torn apart, a sad situation
That people was chosen, by God they weren't forgotten
And God, who sees everything from heaven, decided to put an end to that torment
And raised up Nehemiah, placing a desire for restoration in his heart
So Nehemiah stands before the king who asks him a question
Why so much sadness in your heart?
Why this downcast look, Nehemiah?
And Nehemiah replies
Oh, my Lord, the walls of Jerusalem are broken
They tore down its walls and burned its gates with fire
The rest of the people who stayed there have no spirit to rebuild the walls again
This flame is burning in my heart
To go back, to go down there and restore the city's walls
That were torn down and bring back the joy of the people!
And the king then said: Go, Nehemiah, do what is in your heart!
And Nehemiah left, gathered all the people, and they started a great construction
The walls of Jerusalem
And they rebuilt that city with great glory
Much glory, more than the first!
He restored the fallen walls of that city
Restored the lost dreams and happiness
Restored and brought back the people's smiles
Restored with power and glory and great renewal
It's time for restoration, it's time to rebuild
It's time to stand up, start over, and take action
It's time for restoration, it's time to seek God
It's time to prophesy and take possession of what is yours
It's time to rebuild the dreams you lost
It's time to rebuild the dreams you lost
It's time for restoration
