I took some time to understand

In the middle of the road, I saw myself
I don't know what the Lord saw in me
But He gave me an opportunity there

That's when He lifted me from the ground
He put me in His arms and helped me
And He gave me an opportunity there
What love is this after all

What love is this that destroys
All barriers to find me
What love is this, without me deserving
He gave His life just for me to live

I don't deserve this love
But it's so true that He found me
And now I don't know how to live without this love
