La Samaritana

In the city of Samaria at Jacob's well
A very precious woman was talking with the Lord

Jesus says to her, woman give me water
Because I am tired and I want to drink
She says there is no way to draw it
And you should not associate with Samaritans

Jesus then says to her if you knew who
This is who speaks to you, you would ask of him
I am the water of life speaking to you woman
Whoever drinks from it will never thirst again

And with tenderness she listened to the word of the Lord
And with great faith she obtained salvation
