What I keep and cherish with affection
Is a book that my teacher gave me as a child
A toy I have in the closet
And two letters that speak to me of your love

In the first one you tell me you love me
That without my love you die, that you love me passionately
In the second one you ask me to wait for you
Because only your heart is mine

And the third letter I wait for as you see
Because I know you won't send it
Your memory makes me dream and I should wake up better
