I feel alone, in a strange world

Surviving like crazy dogs
Desperate not to die

It was a long time ago, I don’t even know how many centuries
Man lived happily here
But a dark part of his mind
Invented money and ambition arose
And it was a few, exploiting many
And this is what civilization was built on

And even though for some it was just a tale
A voice was heard in the mountain
Come to my house, sit at my table
Take my wine, eat my bread

And come closer, I want to be your friend
I want us to learn to share
