One Sunday in the city
Very calmly I walked (repeats)
Suddenly I realized
That a girl was looking at me (repeats)

I approached her and told her
That she was pretty and I liked her (2x)
I looked her up and down
And how confused I was
And then all the people
Were looking at us very strangely.
