Recordando a Michoacán

Remembering Michoacán, I wanted to download a horn,
I was up all night, already had several sleepless nights,
I took a sip of wine and a sigh to the brain.

California beautiful state how I've made money,
How I've distributed pounds throughout these lands,
How I've risked my luck fighting with the government.

I've gotten used to the good life, I've left poverty behind,
Many important bosses admire and respect me,
The only thing I haven't forgotten is Michoacán, my beautiful land.

Beautiful women, I've had plenty,
Also many friendships with gunmen and thugs,
But I have a good eye for recognizing traitors.

The tambora plays and plays whenever I feel like it,
Often I stay up all night, don't want to do anything else,
