Light That Was Born from the Lord
The church of Christ on earth
That is part of God's body
She lives with Christ reigning
And is close to ascending to the heavens
Only living in these holy paths
Eating the bread and drinking the wine and giving glory to Jesus
Singing hymns to the Lamb of God
And thus ascending to the city of light
What love, what pleasure
Is to have communion with Jesus

Is to live forever in the light
What love, what pleasure
Is to drink from this fountain of love
This fountain that flowed on the cross
Holy river of light that was born from the Lord
What joy it will be for the saints
When the song of glory echoes
When the angels make the call
Beyond the moonlight, they will also fly
Only Jesus with great joy
With songs and glory, come now, my children
Come, heir of my hope
Receive as inheritance the kingdom of God
