Samaritan Woman
Jesus was returning from Judea, Galilee
He arrived in Samaria, and stopped at a spring
A woman went down to fetch water
Jesus looked at her and thus He spoke
Give me a drink, Samaritan woman
Give me something to drink, for I am thirsty!
Give me a drink, woman, for I beg you!
Give me a drink! And so Jesus spoke
And he said to the woman, give me this water
So I can quench my thirst
Then Jesus sent for her husband
The woman said to him, “I have no husband
Give me a drink, Samaritan woman
Give me something to drink, for I am thirsty!
Give me a drink, woman, for I beg you!
