Silence and pain upon the Earth
The universe is in mourning
Evil claims to have won the war
On the cross, the absolute King
An earthquake occurs
Announcing Jesus' death
The whole Earth trembles
And the day ceases its light

Wounded, humiliated
Despised was Jesus
Upon Himself my sin
He bore until the cross

Hell celebrates
Thinks it's facing redemption
Thinks it has won
The manifestation of love itself
But it was mistaken
Made the mistake of forgetting the prophecy
Saw the plan frustrated
When on the third day
The Lord's angel announced
He is not here, for He has already resurrected

Jesus, Son of God
Overcame death
Resurrected is at the right hand of the Father
Has in His hands the power
Forever, amen
No one can do
