Behind you, someone’s
Hiding right behind your back.

A little thorn
Stabs at my heart like it’s a knife.
So subtle, I barely notice,
It’s getting cold, I know.

I tighten my grip and say I love you,
You give me a smile, that’s true,
But why do you look at me from so far away? It hurts.

Flipped over,

I panic and cut off,
