When the thirsty soul hears the voice of the Savior
Soon recognizes Jesus as its Lord!
But if the ego wants to rise and show some worth

In this world, believers, we are bound to have some sorrow!
Even struggles, disappointments disturb our peace

Faithful servants fight against vanity to make us theirs!
Many times the modern Pharisees assail us
But if anyone tries to see us without the grace of God
Jesus comes victorious!
