At the Lord's supper
Let us approach, Christians
May holy love fill us

In memory of his death
And the blood he shed
Let us celebrate the banquet
That he commanded us in his love

Remembering the anguish
That the Savior suffered
The soul is divided
Between joy and pain

Let us invoke the presence
Of the divine Redeemer
May he look upon us with mercy
And fill us with his love
