Jesus on Calvary, suffered for me
The death of the curse
My soul gained, with His blood
The price of redemption
From the top of the cross, Jesus exclaimed
It is finished, yielded to the spirit
The blood shed, atoned for me
Uniting me to His people
On the cross of Calvary, the certificate was
Nailed that He crossed out
The veil was torn, the door opened
Remained open for God
On the cross I died, with Christ Jesus
My deceitful ego He took on the wood
The night fled, and the light dawned
Through Christ I am saved
On the cross of Calvary, I died to the world
Here a stranger I remained
No longer I live, I united with Christ
What an exalted life I found
The Lamb of God covered my soul with snow
The paschal blood removed the guilt
The destroyer passed over my soul
In Christ I am liberated
