Walking on the earth
Quite happy towards the sky
Satisfied and singing psalms
To the kind God
With fierce enemies
I am always fighting
But I keep peace within me
For I am loved

My Shepherd is the heavenly Father
Who guides me to Zion
Through the valleys and very close
With a secure hand
In the dangers of the journey
In anguish and pain
His voice tells me: Courage
I am your Savior

Working with Jesus
I persevere in prayer
Seeking His wisdom with faith
To become whole
What incomparable pleasure
To be guided by Jesus
Yes, by Christ so lovable
In the eternal light

Upon arriving in that homeland
All tears will cease
The divine Sun already shines
In the happy mansion
Evils, struggles, and agonies
Will end here
Christ is coming, oh! What joy
We will have there!
