If I am alone praying
I feel inner peace
A gentle voice I hear
It's Jesus
I feel relieved
Soon I smile again
How good it is to talk to my Lord

In this busy life
I need a refuge
Only in Christ
I found rest
And then I lay down in peace
And sleep comes calmly
For only He makes me feel this way

I don't need riches
I don't need pleasures
I only need the love of my Lord
For He sustains me and makes me well
