Lately, people say: How you've changed
I hardly seem like the same person
I’m affirming, I’m evolving

I've become a loner, some are worried (chill out)
I have my best ally
Just me, myself, and I

It's nothing personal if I drifted from friends
We weren't aiming for the same goal
That's why I took a different path

I've been let down, I’ve let others down too
That makes us human, and that’s okay
There are bad days to know
What lesson we needed to learn

I won’t shrink just to fit in
I’m too much to ignore, I stand my ground
If I don’t fit just as I am
It’s because I’ve outgrown my little bubble
