I went through trials, almost saw everything end
Sadness quickly came into my eyes
I felt alone in my journey
Thought Jesus was no longer looking at me
But still, I only thought of Him
For He is my king forever
And so I found strength

They tried to stop me but I continued
They tried to silence me but I praised
They even swore to see me fall
They even tried against my life
But God held me with His hands
He kept me under His wings
He gave me strength, courage, renewed me
Firmer than ever before I stand today

If you are in trial and even think of giving up
You cannot be discouraged on the way
Your enemies must be ashamed
For they want to see your life fail
Let's join hands in prayer
Sing the victory hymn out loud
Jesus has already won for us
