In labor, rest
In affliction, solace

Cleanse the dirty
Water the dry
Heal the sick

Softening what is hard
Guide in the dark
Warm the cold

Fill with blessed light
Flame that crackles
The innermost of us

Without the light that aids, man can do nothing
No good in him

Give to your church, which waits and desires
Your seven gifts

Give as a reward to the strong, a holy death
Eternal joy
