The She-Ass Will Speak
God is sending you to go
To the prophet Jonah you want to flee
God tells you to speak the same
Zacharias you want to stay
God commands to deliver the message
But in the cave you try to hide
You forget that many prophets
Did not want to surrender
Not to Jezebel, nor to the gods of Egypt
Joy is not just for you
God enters the pit, God enters the fire
God parted the Red Sea
God uses a boy to kill a giant
When there is no warrior
God uses a she-ass, speaks to the prophet
When there is no man for God to use
If the Lord commands and you do not want to go
The she-ass will speak
God is sending you to go
Like Elisha wants to say goodbye
God tells you to speak
And just like Moses you say it's not possible
God sends you to fight
And like Gideon wants to refuse
I am very poor, there are richer people
Send someone else in my place
God calls valiant valorous man
Believer of war and of the altar
God enters the pit, God enters the fire
