Strike the Staff on Him
When Moses in front of the Red Sea
And the whole people afraid of dying there
Pharaoh was already coming from behind
So Israel had nowhere to run
But God works when there's no way
He does everything right and spoke to Moses
He touched the waters gently
Our God made a way, his people passed
Strike that staff on him, my Lord
For this sea will have to open
If Israel passed through the sea on dry land
Take your servant out of the alley, let him go
Strike that staff on him, my Lord
This demon will have to leave
He insists but it's no use
Because when Jesus rises, he falls
Many believers are humiliated
But they are not defeated because they have Jesus
The enemy pursues them so much
But God watches over his saint
He is the one who leads
The open Bible is his weapon
The demon disarms with his prayer
And the Christian is amazed
At the power of this staff he has in his hands
